I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Austin, Texas in 2008, drawn by the promise of sunnier skies and new opportunities in social work. Over the years, I've worked in various roles- from community mental health specialist and group facilitator to clinical liaison- each offering me a unique lens on mental health and the deep connection between mind, body and spirit.
As a strengths-based, action focused therapist, I aim to support others in finding peace within themselves by embracing small yet impactful changes in thinking and behavior. My approach is rooted in compassion, using direct yet gentle guidance to empower clients to discover what truly works for them. I offer a range of modalities tailored to your personal preferences, including traditional talk therapy CBT, DBT, scientifically proven somatic exercises to regulate the nervous system, energy-focused healing through Body and Emotion Code, and psychedelic integration for those exploring plant medicine as a healing path.
